  1. What are the general guidelines for living in Paradise Park?

Paradise Park is a 55+ Land Owned Condominium Aassociation that consists of 314 privately owned and deeded lots with common areas.  Airstream RV’s and All Class A Motor homes with RVIA Tag are permitted in the park.  All owners and renters must follow the Getting Along in Paradise Rules.

  1. What is the procedure for buy or sell a lot?

The selling of the lot is between the seller and buyer but all sells must be approved by the Board of Directors before the sell can move foward.  The seller must abide by the Paradise Park Condominium Association Rules.  The seller must contact the office for any requirements needed.

  1. Are pets permitted in Paradise Park?

Pets are permitted but no aggressive breed or trained aggressive behavior dogs will be allowed in the park. All pets must be kept on a leash and all droppings must be picked up everywhere in the park and disposed of in a sanitary manner.

  1. What are the rules and regulations of the Condominium Association?
